Job summary

INCATech LLC is seeking a Junior Contracts Specialist to support an FAA project in the Washington, D.C. region or adjacent areas. The role involves assisting with acquisition packages, bidding documents, market research, and cost analyses to ensure compliant procurement processes.

The candidate will help manage modifications, funding, and contract files. The position requires at least 1 year of procurement experience and proficiency with procurement tools like PRISM, FPDS, and Delphi.

Qualifications

• 1 year of procurement or contracting experience (1102 or equivalent).
• Proficient with PRISM, FPDS, and Delphi.
• Ability to perform price/cost analyses and prepare solicitation/award documentation.

INCATech is in search of Junior Contracts Specialist to support an FAA project in one of the three aforementioned regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in reviewing acquisition packages for completeness
• Support development of solicitation documents using templates
• Conduct market research and compile findings
• Assist in preparing IGCEs and procurement documentation
• Support price analysis activities (data collection, comparisons)
• Track contract modifications, funding, and performance
• Maintain contract systems and files
• Assist with invoice review and closeout documentation.
