Job summary

The Epilepsy Foundation is seeking a Senior Manager of Contracts and Procurement to oversee the organization’s contracts and procurement with a focus on regulatory compliance for federally and state-funded programs. You will lead drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts, MOUs, subrecipient agreements, and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• 8–10 years progressive contract management/procurement experience.
• 5+ years supporting federal/state grant compliance within nonprofit/government contexts.
• Deep knowledge of FFATA, 2 CFR Part 200, and state charitable registrations.
• Experience managing complex grant-related contracts and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contracts and procurement with strong regulatory focus.
• Ensure compliance with FFATA, Uniform Guidance, cost principles, and grant requirements.
• Lead contract drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of various agreements.
• Coordinate state charitable registrations, renewals, and related compliance.
• Develop and update procurement procedures aligned with nonprofit best practices.
• Monitor funder-specific procurement requirements and reporting obligations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on grant-related procurement and compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Programs, Development, and other stakeholders.
