Job summary

EPRI is seeking a seasoned Manager, Sourcing & Procurement to lead Category Leads and Procurement Specialists, shaping contracting strategy and supplier relationships in a remote environment. You will drive complex negotiations, oversee contracts, and ensure compliant procurement processes across the Institute.

With 8+ years in procurement and a strong background in SAP P2P, you will mentor staff, optimize workflows, and align supplier performance with organizational objectives while supporting

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supply Chain Management degree preferred; legal or paralegal degree helpful.
• Master’s Degree and CPSD designation a plus.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in development and negotiation of complex contracts or procurement management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Category Leads and Procurement Specialists, providing direction for strategic goals.
• Directs staff activities and workload balance for timely agreements.
• Mentors staff for professional growth and development.
• Negotiates large, complex agreements and signs actions within authority.
• Oversees contracting processes, close-outs, and related requests.
• Provides redline recommendations to standard and nonstandard contracts.
