Job summary

SAIC seeks a Contracts Analyst Sr. to support contracts and proposals within the Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group.

The role may be remote anywhere in the United States, with emphasis on compliance, deliverables, and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will manage diverse contract types, coordinate with contracting officers, and ensure timely, accurate submissions while maintaining documentation integrity and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years relevant experience or Master's with 4 years.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with contract administration principles and FAR governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts and senior contracts support as needed.
• Prepare clear contract documents and internal communications; present information professionally.
• Support the preparation and submission of proposals of moderate complexity; ensure compliance and timely submissions.
• Track and manage contract deliverables; drive teams to complete required deliverables on time.
• Demonstrate knowledge of contract types (CR, T&M, FFP, IDIQ/Task Order) and ensure accuracy.
• Support OCI plan administration and compliance; monitor NDAs and potential OCI concerns.
