Associates degree required.
Minimum of 4 years experience in contracts or pricing or sales.

Responsibilities

Own customer contract creation from start to finish, utilizing templates and creating custom language.
Negotiate contractual terms with internal and external customers.
Coordinate legal review and applicable business approval of contract terms and conditions.
Counsel field sales on agreement terms while complying with policies and regulatory guidelines.
Develop pricing proposals and contract documents with sales teams to ensure policy compliance.
Provide pricing analysis, P&L impact, and contract development for large customers.
Prepare, analyze, and present active contract performance relative to obligations.
Maintain urgency and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, multitask environment.
