Job summary

Abbott Park, IL or Princeton, NJ-based Senior Territory Account Manager, Contracts and Pricing will partner with the US Sales team to develop APOC contracts aligned with pricing strategies. You’ll work with Legal, Finance, and OEC to implement strategies while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in contract creation, pricing, and negotiation, with experience in sales environments and an ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree plus at least 4 years in contracts/pricing.
• Experience with contracting and pricing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer contract creation from start to finish, including custom language.
• Negotiate terms with internal and external customers and coordinate legal reviews.
• Provide pricing analysis, P&L impact, and contract development for large customers.
• Analyze active contracts and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support sales team with pricing proposals and contract documents.
