Job summary

Abbott Park, IL-based Senior Territory Account Manager, Contracts and Pricing, leads contract development and pricing strategies for APOC. You will work with Sales, Legal, and Finance to finalize terms and ensure regulatory and policy alignment.

Ideal candidates hold an Associates degree with at least four years of contracting or pricing experience, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own customer contract creation from start to finish, utilizing templates and creating custom language.
• Negotiate contractual terms with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate legal review and business approvals of contract terms.
• Counsel field sales on terms focusing on policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop pricing proposals and contract documents while ensuring compliance.
• Provide pricing analysis, P&L impact, and contract execution for large customers.
• Analyze contract performance relative to obligations and propose improvements.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve complex customer requests.
• Maintain urgency and manage deadlines while multitasking.
