Job summary

The Consortium, Inc. is seeking a contracts professional to draft, negotiate, and manage a high volume of SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and other supplier contracts in a hybrid Washington, DC setting.

You will own contracts from intake through execution, ensuring timely turnaround and policy compliance, and collaborate with Category Managers, Legal, and suppliers to finalize agreements efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and supplier agreements.
• Strong critical-thinking skills, ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to manage work quickly and follow contracts through to completion.
• Comfortable with policies, guides, and standard templates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and execute a high volume of SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, Order Forms and other supplier agreements.
• Own contracts from intake through execution, amendment, and completion.
• Apply procurement policies, templates, and contracting guidance to structure agreements.
• Partner with Category Managers, Legal, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Support amendments, renewals, and modifications.
• Manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment.
