Precise Systems Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Specialist to support Prime Contracts with moderate value and complexity, operating with minimal oversight.

The role interfaces with Program Management, Contracts, Project Finance, Accounting, and customers, and may require travel or on-site support to meet customer demands. Hybrid work is possible, but travel and on-site presence may be required by customer requirements.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA with 4+ years of relevant progressive experience; MS with 6+ years.
• Additional years may substitute for degree.
• 4+ years of subcontract or contract administration experience.
• Familiar with FAR/DFARS and government acquisition process.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal oversight and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary interface between subcontractors and Precise for contractual issues.
• Interface with Program Management, Contracts, Project Finance, Accounting, and customers.
• Attend and serve as Subcontract representative at program and project meetings.
• Create moderate complexity RFP solicitations per government and Precise requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals.
• Conduct price and cost analyses.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors.
• Issue and administer subcontracts and flow-down requirements from Prime Contract.
• Maintain subcontractor file documentation for audits.
• Identify and resolve moderate issues on subcontracts.
• Perform subcontract close-out activities.
• Negotiate non-disclosure agreements.
• Support Precise proposal activity of moderate complexity and value.
