You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales and Legal to ensure contracts align with company objectives while assessing risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contract lifecycle management for agreements typically under $5M.
• Knowledge of bid proposals, client agreements, amendments, and contract documentation.
• Experience drafting and negotiating single-segment, single-region contracts and subcontracts.
• Background reviewing proposals, identifying exceptions, and supporting submission processes.
• Detail-oriented approach to risk assessment, compliance, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from bid through execution.
• Draft, negotiate, review, execute, amend, and administer contracts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales & Legal teams.
• Assess risk, liability, and compliance across the organization.
• Support contract development from proposal through negotiation and amendment.
