Responsibilities

• Advise clients on government contracts disputes, contract administration issues, and performance challenges.
• Draft and prosecute REAs and certified claims under the Contract Disputes Act.
• Represent contractors in appeals before the ASBCA, CBCA, and the Court of Federal Claims.
• Conduct legal research, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and hearings.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide business-oriented counseling to clients.
• Contribute to client development and thought leadership efforts.
