You will own contracts from intake through execution, amendments, and completion, ensuring policy compliance and timely turnaround. Collaborating with Category Managers, Legal, and suppliers, you will resolve issues, support renewals, and manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years drafting and negotiating SOWs, MSAs, SaaS and supplier agreements.
• Able to work independently and make sound contract decisions.
• Proven ability to drive contracts to completion.
• Familiar with procurement policies and templates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and execute SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and order forms.
