Job summary

Two Six Technologies in Herndon, VA seeks an experienced Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator to lead full lifecycle contract activities in a hybrid role from our Northern Virginia headquarters. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equal relevant experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a contract management/procurement role.
• Experience with full lifecycle contract management and stakeholder advisory.
• Experience with multiple contract types and government contracting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; analytical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle contract administration from solicitation through closeout.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, licenses, SaaS, NDAs.
• Negotiate terms on IP, data rights, confidentiality, warranties, indemnification, liability, insurance, and payments.
• Interpret FAR/DFARS and agency supplements; translate requirements for program teams.
• Lead negotiations with government/commercial customers and partners; identify risks and mitigation.
• Manage and execute subcontracts; evaluate proposals, perform cost/price analysis, set terms and flowdowns.
• Provide internal tracking on portfolio status, funding, deliverables, risks, actions, issues.
• Collaborate with program leadership, Finance, Legal, Procurement to resolve issues.
