Job summary

Mindlance in Washington, DC is seeking a contract professional to draft, negotiate, and execute a high volume of SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and order forms. You will own contracts from intake through execution, amendments, and completion, ensuring timely turnaround and policy compliance.

You will apply procurement templates, partner with Category Managers, Legal, and suppliers to resolve issues, support renewals, and manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of drafting and negotiating SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and supplier agreements.
• Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and make sound contract decisions.
• Proven ability to manage work quickly and follow contracts through to completion.
• Comfortable working with established policies, guides, and standard templates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOWs), MSAs, SaaS agreements, Order Forms and other supplier purchase agreements.
• Own contracts from intake through execution, amendment, and completion, ensuring timely turnaround and policy compliance.
• Apply procurement policies, templates, and contracting guidance to structure agreements.
• Partner with Category Managers, Legal, and suppliers to resolve issues and finalize agreements efficiently.
• Support contract amendments, renewals, and modifications, assessing impacts and implementing updates.
• Manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
