Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Contract Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of contract management or administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or contract software a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts including professional services, subcontracts, NDAs, and amendments.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, business development, and legal to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a centralized contracts database and monitor key terms and renewals.
• Interpret contract language and advise internal stakeholders on impacts.
• Support pre-award and post-award activities, including proposal review and bid coordination.
• Develop and improve contract templates, processes, and workflows.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate billing terms and revenue recognition alignment.
• Train staff on contract policies and procedures.
• Stay current on laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting contracting.
• Assist in reviewing contract-related billing and payment documentation.
• Liaise with insurance providers regarding contractual insurance compliance.
• Foster strong client and partner relationships through effective contract management.
