Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a contract manager and project coordinator to lead the end-to-end service agreement lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and execution. You will collaborate with Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance to drive complex initiatives across the organization.

The role supports governance, templates, training, and strategic advisory services, partnering with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related finance professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service agreement lifecycle: renewals, negotiations, amendments, execution, and administration.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance contract templates and governance documentation.
• Serve as SME and strategic advisor for contract administration to Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, analyze, and administer complex contracts including Service, Claims Administrator and Stop Loss Agreements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support contract strategy and ensure alignment with objectives.
