Battelle Memorial Institute in Columbus, OH is seeking a Contracts Manager to influence strategy, lead sophisticated negotiations, and shape contracting strategies across the full lifecycle. You’ll draft and negotiate complex agreements, mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with FAR, CPSR, UCC, and policy requirements, and partner with internal clients in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M, LOE contracts.
• Ability to draft moderate to complex contractual instruments.
• FAR, CPSR, UCC procedures and transactions knowledge.
• Awareness of public and international contract law.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts for assigned programs.
• Analyze RFPs from policy, business, financial, contractual, and risk perspectives.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Battelle policies.
• Coordinate proposals and contract issues with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor, train, and support junior contracting staff.
• Support contract closeouts and process improvements.
