Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with eight+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M, LOE types.
• Experience drafting non-routine contractual instruments and using FAR/UCC rules.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and administer contractual agreements for programs.
• Contribute to proposal and contracting strategy development.
• Analyze contract requirements to ensure compliance with laws and Battelle policies.
• Coordinate cross-functional negotiations and resolve performance issues.
• Assist in business strategy development with internal clients.
• Ensure required reviews and approvals are obtained before submission.
• Review data in company systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Support contract closeouts and reporting activities.
• Lead or support process-improvement initiatives.
