Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s/PhD in a related field with extensive experience or equivalent combination.
• Expert in systems engineering methodologies across full lifecycle.
• Experience producing and verifying requirements with established standards (INCOSE/ISO/IEEE 15288/EARS).
• Proven leadership in system integration, verification, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects within programs, delivering on time and on budget with rigor.
• Direct system architecture, interface definition, integration, verification, validation, and test planning.
• Provide technical direction to engineers and support staff as a subject‑matter authority.
• Analyze requirements and performance, develop technical alternatives for decisions.
• Maintain relationships with clients; present results in formal and informal settings.
• Lead quality‑control reviews; produce accurate technical documents and data reports.
• Prepare technical specifications and analyze data to evaluate performance.
• Perform complex systems analyses and interpret data for decisions.
• Communicate deliverable status and schedules to clients.
