Job summary

SGS North America Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to partner with the business, independently reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional agreements.

You will provide contracts trainings, risk advice, and support to senior leaders on deal structuring and policy compliance, while supporting integration of acquisitions and developing standard templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a contracts professional, independently reviewing, negotiating and finalizing a broad range of contracts.
• Experience with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional agreements, RFPs and complex procurement documents.
• Strong ability to provide risk assessments and training to the business.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements, real estate leases, software licenses and sale/purchase contracts.
• Develop tailored agreements to address business needs and transactions.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory and company policies.
• Provide ongoing contracts trainings and risk guidance to the business.
• Advise senior leaders on deal structuring and risk allocation.
