Job summary

SGS is seeking a Contracts Manager to independently review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts. This role provides monthly contract bulletins, risk advice, and training to the business, and supports integration of acquired entities through contract standardization.

The position involves advising senior leaders on deal structuring and risk allocation, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Strong English skills and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a contracts professional, with ability to independently review, negotiate and finalize broad range of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews and negotiates customer and supplier agreements, leases, licenses and related documents.
• Provides contracts trainings and risk advice to the business.
• Develops and maintains contract playbooks and templates for efficient negotiations.
• Advises on commercial issues, contract interpretation and disputes.
• Supports integration of acquired entities by aligning templates with risk standards.
