Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a Project Manager/Task Order Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance. The role requires managing software development efforts in SAFe environments for government programs and ensuring timely, compliant deliverables.
The candidate should have 14+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, TS/SCI clearance, and PMP or equivalent certification; U.S. citizenship is required.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Location: National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX. Nightwing is seeking a Project Manager/Task Order Lead to serve as the primary point of contact and authority for all contract performance matters. This position requires demonstrated experience managing software development efforts utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies in support of mission-critical government programs. The PM is responsible for overall task order execution, resource management, deliverable coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Must have authority to resolve performance issues and ensure all contractual obligations are met within established timelines.
The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
