Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead compliant, high-quality proposals for Federal Government customers. You will oversee the full lifecycle of classified and unclassified responses, coordinating with capture, solution architects, program leadership, marketing, and graphics to win bids.

Qualified applicants have a Bachelor's in business, 15+ years in proposal management, experience with Shipley methodologies, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 15+ years serving as a Proposal Manager on Federal Government responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of compliant RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses for multiple federal agencies.
• Analyze RFPs to create detailed compliance matrices, outlines, and production plans.
• Build and manage comprehensive proposal schedules and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate writers, SMEs, and solutioning teams across the program.
• Lead content development for technical, management, past performance, price volumes, and other sections.
• Guide color-team reviews and incorporate feedback into final submissions.
• Ensure collaboration across capture, contracts, business development, marketing, and graphics.
