Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a senior contract professional with 5–7 years of experience in commercial contracts, procurement or legal work. The role emphasizes ownership of MSAs, SOWs, SLAs and data privacy terms within a financial services context.

The ideal candidate will navigate complex vendor relationships, balance liability and service credits, and coordinate with business owners, legal counsel and procurement to ensure compliant, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial contract management, procurement or contracts-focused legal work, incl. MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, info security schedules and data privacy terms.
• Experience at a global investment manager, alternatives manager, fund administrator, or comparable investment org.
• Proven negotiation experience with third-party service providers, incl. liability, indemnification, data handling, termination and service credits.
• Strong stakeholder management with business owners, legal counsel, procurement and vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent agreements against deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain contractual issues to non-legal audiences.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms and contract repositories.
• Ability to adapt as data privacy, information security and third-party risk expectations shift.
