Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead commercial contract strategy, negotiation, administration, and risk management for its Services and Solutions businesses.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, business development, operations, finance, compliance and legal teams. The Senior Manager oversees complex customer, subcontractor, supplier, and strategic partnership agreements, driving governance, profitability, and risk mitigation while aligning with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP or equivalent are preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible contract management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex agreements.
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual risks, obligations, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal to develop and finalize commercial agreements balancing objectives with risk.
• Establish and maintain contract governance processes and KPIs.
• Mentor contract management personnel and drive continuous improvement.
