Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the commercial contract strategy, negotiation, and risk management for our services and solutions businesses. This role serves as a senior advisor to executive leadership, operations, finance, compliance and legal teams.

You will oversee complex customer, subcontractor, supplier, and strategic partnership agreements, develop commercial standards, and drive contract governance, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, construction management, or law.
• Professional certifications CPCM, CCM, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in contract management or related experience.
• 10+ years leading complex negotiations and managing contract professionals.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy, solar, storage, HV, EPC, or industrial services preferred.
• Proven experience negotiating high-value customer service, subcontract, and strategic contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic contract leadership, negotiations, and administration for complex agreements.
• Provide guidance on contractual risks, obligations, and business opportunities to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal to finalize commercial terms balancing objectives with risk.
• Review and approve exhibits, amendments, and commercial modifications.
• Establish risk assessment frameworks and contract review processes for consistency.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with company objectives.
• Drive governance, compliance, and continuous improvement in contract management.
