Job summary

Hatalom Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead prime contracts and related subcontracts. You will drive negotiations with government and industry partners, coordinate with the Business Development team, and prepare contractual documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of experience preferred.
Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFAR, CFR and related regulations.
Knowledge of contract types such as FFP, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, T&M.
Ability to prepare, administer a wide range of contractual documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, coworkers, management and executives.

Responsibilities

Review all contractual terms and conditions in contracts and agreements.
Review contract deliverables to ensure compliance and completeness.
Prepare and process contract modifications, change orders, and engineering change proposals.
Set up new projects, CLINS, modifications, POP, funding, labor categories and rates in Costpoint.
Advise program team of contractual responsibilities and obligations; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Conduct market research and price analysis.
Participate in front-end strategic support of business pursuits and proposals.
Coordinate contract and subcontract requirements with all functional departments.
Manage contract and subcontract files and closeouts.
