Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Director of Contracts to lead the Contracts Department in Orlando, FL. You will govern government and commercial contracts, guide executives, and improve contract processes across the organization.

Responsibilities include policy creation, risk assessment, and coordinating with Legal, Finance, Growth, and Operations to support bids, proposals, and contract performance. On-site role in Orlando with senior leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in government/commercial contracts.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR and agency supplements; ability to research and coordinate specialized requirements.
• Experience advising executives and cross-functional leaders on material contractual and business risks.
• Experience developing contract-management policies, procedures, controls, and governance in large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contracts Department, establish priorities, allocate resources, and ensure quality and timeliness of contract-management activities.
• Oversee governance of government and commercial agreements including prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and NDAs.
• Develop scalable contract policies, templates, and approval processes for the contract lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on FAR, solicitations, representations, and other government contracting requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal on matters requiring legal advice and with Growth, Finance, and Operations during bid and proposal activities.
