Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking an experienced contracts professional to lead the development, implementation, and execution of classified contracts in a SCIF onsite. Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle management of FAR/DFARS agreements and supporting OTAs as needed.

The role requires expert negotiation, rigorous compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to protect program interests and drive growth in classified programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading contract negotiations and closeout knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Extensive FAR/DFARS knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Active Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of classified contracts in a SCIF onsite.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of FAR/DFARS contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect program interests.
• Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority and audit readiness.
