Job summary

Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Management Specialist in El Segundo, CA to support aerospace and defense contracting for U.S. Government and DoD programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract-related experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Experience with government contracts (cost-plus, fixed-price, and time-and-materials).
• U.S. Citizenship required; active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiations, change orders, and contract administration across an assigned portfolio of programs.
• Interface with U.S. Government customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the contracting lifecycle.
• Review proposal requirements, contract terms and conditions to identify obligations and risks.
• Review Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for accuracy and support compliant contracting.
• Ensure contracting activities comply with policies, legal requirements, and FAR/DFARS.
• Administer contracts by processing documentation and advising management on rights and obligations.
• Compile and analyze contract data and maintain records.
• Coordinate shipment, billing, and payment for deliverables and interface with DCMA.
• Prepare contract reports and maintain documentation.
• Prepare proprietary information agreements and memoranda as required.
• Interpret FAR requirements for applicable contract types and manage flow-downs.
