Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Littleton, CO seeks a Contracts Management professional to become a subject matter expert supporting the EMC2 Contracts Organization. The role blends on-site training with a hybrid schedule, guiding proposals, negotiations, and contract administration from Request to Closeout.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS. Occasional travel may be required, and security clearance is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with FAR/DFARS in contract life cycle.
• Experience with USG contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF, T&M).
• Experience leading large, complex USG and DCS contract negotiations.
• Ability to make effective presentations to senior management.
• Strong business acumen with ability to recognize risk elements in contracts.
• Ability/willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform contracts management across proposal, negotiation, award, and contract administration.
• Support proposal preparation, negotiations and contract administration.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, and other functions.
• Develop solutions to problems requiring high ingenuity; review customer requests for proposals.
• Maintain communication with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure compliance and timely actions.
• Occasional travel may be required and hybrid work arrangement may apply.
