Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Senior Contracts and Legal Operations Manager to join its Legal team. You will oversee contracting queues during U.S. West Coast hours and shape systems, templates, and reporting that power legal and business workflows.

You will drive AI adoption in contracting, negotiate standard agreements, and partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Privacy, and Business Systems to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant commercial contracts or legal operations experience.
• Experience independently negotiating standardized commercial agreements within templates and playbooks.
• Strong issue-spotting and escalation judgment.
• Experience managing high-volume contract intake or legal queues.
• Strong project management across multiple concurrent systems and processes.
• Ability to connect workstreams to broader business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Experience developing practical, business-facing process documentation and enablement materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and judgment.
• Interest or experience using AI in contracting, legal operations, or business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent coverage of contracting queues during U.S. West Coast hours.
• Triage incoming requests, guide stakeholders, identify the appropriate owner, and keep matters moving.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, OFs, and similar forms using templates.
• Coordinate with attorneys on complex or non-standard matters requiring legal judgment.
• Drive AI adoption to improve intake, drafting and negotiation workflows.
• Own contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and related documentation.
• Develop self-service materials for Sales and other stakeholders.
• Deliver concise reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities to unblock work.
