Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Contracts Manager to build commercial and legal infrastructure for global growth. You will combine contract management, international expansion, and legal operations to support launches and negotiate agreements.

You will also help reimagine contracting workflows, apply AI/tools to streamline processes, and partner with Sales Operations to simplify disclosures and customer-facing documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of contracts management experience.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.

Responsibilities

• Using available AI tools and coordinating with outside counsel to conduct legal diligence in countries where eero intends to launch its products and services.
• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts for eero’s vendor arrangements, and supporting eero in the drafting and negotiation of its leases globally.
• Optimizing eero’s existing document management tools – using AI as a preferred solution.
• Improving and maintaining eero’s existing simplifications for B2B deal related activity and working directly with eero’s Sales Operations team to do so.
• Designing new processes and simplifications for eero’s customer-facing disclosures such as terms of service, limited warranty and privacy notice.
