The role focuses on strategic negotiation, risk mitigation, and lifecycle contract management across the Acoustic Systems Portfolio. The position requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and related regulations, plus an active US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field; in lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience.
• 6+ years’ experience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, CAS and a wide range of contract types (CPFF, FFP, IF, AF, etc.).
• Active US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a contracts team for Acoustic Systems Portfolio with guidance and leadership.
• Oversee RFP review, risk assessment, proposal prep, contract negotiation and administration.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies and contract management plans to mitigate risk.
• Direct teams to address major contractual and business issues in proposal and execution of complex contracts.
• Serve as contracts point of contact internally and externally for the portfolio.
