Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 9+ years experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years; in lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience.
• 6+ years’ experience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, CAS and a wide range of contract types and efforts (e.g., CPFF, FFP, IF, AF, etc.).
• Active US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of contracts professionals for Acoustic Systems Portfolio and provide leadership to implement strategies to advance business objectives.
• Oversee RFP review, risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, administration, change management and customer activities for assigned contracts.
• Lead complex negotiations to develop overarching strategies to mitigate risk.
• Develop solutions to contracting issues aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide direction to address major contractual and business issues in proposal and contract execution.
• Serve as contracts point of contact both internally and externally as Portfolio Lead.
• Travel as needed.
