You will partner across business, program, and legal teams to drive strategy, execution, and growth in mission-critical efforts.

The role requires a strong background in contract negotiation, advice on rights and obligations, and the ability to obtain and maintain security

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree may reduce required experience.
Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value and mitigate risks.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and finalize contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
Advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
Draft, negotiate, review, and approve a wide variety of agreements.
Work with legal counsel to provide recommendations on intellectual property interests.
Coordinate across business, program, and functional teams to drive strategy.
