NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced contracts professional to lead negotiations, manage risk, and drive customer engagements across a diverse technology and professional services portfolio.

You will oversee contracts through the full lifecycle—from proposal development and negotiation to execution and closeout—collaborating with legal, finance, delivery, and business teams to align terms with business objectives. Relocation to Redlands, CA is available if needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract administration experience with increasing responsibility for complex agreements.
• Proven success negotiating and managing diverse contract types, structures, and terms.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk management, and procurement best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from RFP and proposal development through negotiation, execution, and closeout.
• Review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts, statements of work, and contractual terms.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
• Develop strategies and best practices to strengthen contract management and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, delivery, and other cross-functional teams to support successful contract execution.
• Support commercial, public sector, and federal contracting requirements.
• Apply knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other applicable federal procurement regulations.
• Improve contracting processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency and consistency.
