Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts & Legal to own the contract lifecycle from intake to signature in a fully remote US role. You will negotiate, redline, and finalize NDAs, MSAs, SPAs, SOWs, and other commercial contracts while balancing risk with business speed.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Risk teams, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or related role.
• Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills.
• Solid understanding of liability, indemnity, payment terms, and SLAs.
• Clear, confident communication with legal and non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract process from intake to final execution.
• Review, draft, and redline NDAs, MSAs, SPAs, SOWs, and other contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for counterparties during negotiations.
• Balance speed and risk to protect the company while keeping deals moving.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and other teams on terms.
• Escalate legal or risk issues to senior leadership when needed.
• Track contract status for timely execution and visibility.
• Improve contracting processes and workflows on an ongoing basis.
• Complete security awareness training and comply with policies.
• Identify security risks and contribute to remediation with executive leadership.
