Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to own customer MSAs from initial discussion through signature, renewal, and expansion. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing to remove roadblocks, negotiate favorable terms, and extend coverage across locations.

You will manage SOWs, POs, and work authorizations in line with governing MSAs, ensuring prompt start dates and minimizing delays. Strong negotiation and risk assessment are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, commercial or legal operations, procurement, or related field.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, or vendor agreements preferred.
• Experience with multi-location customers and industrial/technical services background is a plus.
• Contract training or paralegal certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the MSA lifecycle from intake through execution, renewal, and amendment.
• Review SOWs, PO releases, and work authorizations to start work promptly.
• Partner with Outside Sales to identify uncovered entities and locations.
• Negotiate routine terms within approved playbooks and manage risk with counsel.
• Coordinate vendor and business agreements, staffing, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Maintain contract repository, track renewals, and report status to leadership.
• Improve templates, playbooks, and workflows for faster contracting.
