Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Contracts Senior Advisor (Renewable Energy) in a hybrid role based in Broomfield, CO.

You will lead commercial contracting for utility-scale renewable projects, negotiating EPC, equipment supply, and service agreements, and supporting project teams across Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Legal, and Finance. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in contract management and complex negotiations, with strong stakeholder management and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Law or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, procurement, or strategic sourcing for large capital infrastructure/energy projects.
• Experience drafting and administering complex commercial agreements (EPC, supply, services, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial contracting activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC, equipment supply, operations and maintenance, and related contracts.
• Review proposals, identify deviations, and develop negotiation strategies balancing commercial objectives and risk.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other counterparties.
• Provide contract administration support during project execution (change orders, claims, warranties, disputes).
• Assess risks and allocate contracts in line with standards and market practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex contractual matters and advance project objectives.
• Maintain and enhance contract templates and negotiation guidelines across the organization.
• Mentor junior contract professionals and promote knowledge sharing.
