Job summary

ENGIE is seeking a Supply & Contracts Advisor in the United States, focused on post-award contract administration, supplier relationship management, and project delivery coordination for Renewable and Flexible Generation. You will work across internal teams to align contracts with project requirements and ENGIE policies.

You will oversee supplier performance, amendments, and reporting using SAP and Power BI, while traveling domestically up to 20% and maintaining compliance with the ENGIE Ethics

Qualifications

  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in contract management, procurement, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • Experience managing post-award contract execution for long-lead equipment and multi-year projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to manage contractual commitments.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and procurement best practices.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, and related systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support Procurement Leads in the execution and administration of supply agreements for critical electrical equipment and services.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing contract performance and issues.
  • Coordinate contract amendments, schedule updates, and documentation changes during multi-year contracts.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, and risks to support delivery and continuity.
  • Lead supplier performance management activities and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliance and execution.
