Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to own a portfolio of utility-scale renewable assets, maximizing performance and long-term value across the asset lifecycle.

You will collaborate with commercial, operational, engineering, finance and market teams to execute asset strategies and monitor financial performance. You will lead financial and contractual oversight, participate in market activities, and drive value optimization while coordinating across stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• MBA or relevant professional certification is an asset, not required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in asset management, energy markets or renewables.
• Knowledge of North American energy market structures, ISO/RTO operations, and market protocols.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of PPAs and related contracts.
• Project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with advanced Excel.
• Passion for renewable energy and North America growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Asset Manager for a portfolio of utility-scale generation and energy storage assets, maximizing performance.
• Own asset-level financial performance, including P&L oversight, forecasting, and value optimization.
• Partner with ENGIE Trading and Energy Management to establish risk mandates and market participation strategies.
• Manage complex commercial agreements including PPAs, AMAs, and landowner contracts.
• Provide leadership on ISO market protocols, regulatory requirements, and market fundamentals.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Lead asset transitions from acquisitions to commissioning and handoffs.
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Legal, Trading, Power Marketing and Engineering to improve asset performance.
