L3Harris Technologies in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Lead Contracts to guide negotiations, draft agreements, and ensure compliant contracting across services and products. The role centers on advising stakeholders, negotiating terms, and coordinating with legal, program teams, and customers to protect company interests.

You will lead complex government and commercial contracts, monitor compliance with FAR/DFARS, manage bid strategies, and drive improvements in contract administration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13 years without a degree.
• Extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and administering complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and export controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and commercial/government contracting.

Responsabilidades

• Supports a variety of contract types for services and products in commercial and government environments.
• Develops, negotiates, and administers contracts while ensuring compliance.
• Interacts with customers and senior management.
• Leads major proposals from a contracts perspective with cross-functional coordination.
• Reviews business terms, costs, risks, and opportunities during reviews.
• Drafts and negotiates Teaming, NDA, Licensing, and other documents.
• Ensures regulatory updates are incorporated and communicates impact.
• Serves as primary facilitator of commercial negotiations domestically and internationally.
• Travel up to 5%.
