Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope with customers.
Prepare change orders and amendments affecting contract life.
Ensure compliance with Federal and defense procurement regulations.
Monitor contract performance and reporting to contracting officers.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
