Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of experience in Government and Commercial Contracting.
• Graduate Degree with 10 years of experience in Government and Commercial Contracting.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 16 years of Government and Commercial Contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation to influence business and financial outcomes.
• Manage full lifecycle of contracts from solicitations to execution.
• Maintain primary interface with customers and ensure alignment of expectations.
• Lead the contracts team with coaching, training, and staffing.
• Oversee shipping requirements, invoicing, and export licensing.
• Support negotiations with customers, subcontractors, and external organizations.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and regulatory requirements.
