Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UCC, FAR, DFARS and defense regulations.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead major contract phases and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and scope with customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company policies.
• Manage contract change control and administration.
• Interface with customers as primary contractual point of contact.
