Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 12+ years of related experience or a graduate degree with 10+ years.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and access classified programs.
• Experience leading EW/NGJ or defense programs and managing cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a systems engineering team across EW and NGJ programs.
• Oversee requirements decomposition, architecture, and verification activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with RF, software, mechanical, and test teams.
• Manage staffing, mentorship, and performance for NGJ program.
