L3Harris Technologies invites applications for a Specialist, Program Finance in Salt Lake City. This role supports the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) portfolio within the Network & Datalink Solutions division, handling cost analysis, EACs, and financial forecasting for a critical defense program.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Finance with 4+ years of experience and be proficient in SAP/Excel/Hyperion/Deltek COBRA, with the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience in Finance.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience in Finance.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in Finance.

Responsabilités

• Project controls analyst responsible for set up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in SAP.
• Ensure adherence to all procedures within Finance and Accounting policies.
• Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT.
• Provide inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process.
• Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash).
• Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.
• Compile and strategically review financial and business impacts with program leadership.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities and contributing to strategic program decision-making.
