Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with and/or substantial experience in contracts or grants management.
• Experience in contracts, procurement, financial management, or accounting is required.
• Substitution rules apply for college credit hours toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises procurement, preparation, processing of contracts for consulting engineering services.
• Ensures accuracy of tracking and monitoring system for invoices and documents.
• Coordinates with project managers, consultants, and audit staff for invoice processing.
• Manages DBE tracking, updates DBE firm certificates, and trains staff on compliance workflows.
