Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer in Louisiana or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or higher experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides statewide leadership and strategic direction for engineering support programs and services.
• Directs programs involving Right of Way, utilities coordination, environmental review, and plan quality.
• Establishes governance frameworks and internal controls to improve project readiness and delivery reliability.
